4. Subscriptions

4.1 Subscription Access

4.2 Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance.
Where recurring, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancellation settings.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

5. Events

5.1 Event Bookings

Event tickets are issued for a specific date, time, and purpose. Please review event details carefully before purchasing.

5.2 Changes and Cancellations

We reserve the right to:

Change event details where reasonably necessary
Substitute speakers, venues, or formats
Cancel or reschedule an event

If an event is cancelled by us, you will be offered either:

A refund, or
A credit or transfer to a rescheduled or alternative event

5.3 No-Show and Change-of-Mind

Failure to attend an event, or a change of mind after purchase, does not entitle you to a refund.

6. Merchandise

6.1 Orders

All merchandise orders are subject to availability. We may cancel or limit quantities where necessary.

6.2 Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only. Delays outside our control do not constitute a failure of service.

6.3 Returns

Returns are accepted only where required under Australian Consumer Law, including where goods are:

Faulty
Not as described
Unsafe

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless expressly stated.

7. Refund Policy (Important)

We comply with Australian Consumer Law. Refunds, replacements, or remedies are provided only where legally required.

You are not entitled to a refund for:

Failure to use a subscription or attend an event
Incorrect selection made at checkout
